This 12-story, 90,000sf supportive housing development provides 154 units for formerly homeless single adults, many living with HIV/AIDS, special needs, and low-income working individuals from the South Bronx community.

The ground floor houses building common areas, offices for supportive services, and recreational space including an exercise room, computer lab, a large patio with a garden, and a roof terrace.

The building will be LEED rated and minimize construction costs. Energy efficient elements include a green roof and Building Management System that regulates electrical, cooling, and lighting systems.
