As only some of it’s amenities, it will boast a 10,000 SF restaurant and outdoor cafe, a 3,000 SF bar, 20,000 SF of office space with Biscayne Bay views, a sky garden, and 12 rooftop vitality pools for penthouses and tower suites, garage parking, valet and 24-hour security. The structure will have a glass facade, giving it a crystalline look.
