The Wells Fargo Center is part of the Met 2 complex, located in the central business district of Downtown Miami, Florida. The new office tower adjoins the only five-star JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in the by a 19-story podium, housing a parking garage with 1,500 spaces, and other amenities for both towers.  The 47-story commercial building is 670 ft high, with 753,000 square feet of Class A office space and the main lobby is housed in the podium.

Wells Fargo Center’s structure consists of steel framing with composite floor system. Visually, the glass façade is meant to impact its surroundings with an impressive all-glass curtain wall envelope.  The architectural intent that the curtain wall conceals the structural elements was addressed by placing the columns further back than they would typically be placed so as not to interfere with the views and the lustrous appearance of the building.

Since the completion in 2010, YAS has been responsible for numerous renovations for different tenants throughout the building, to date. As part of the complex, this is an important local example of sustainable practices, receiving a LEED Gold certification.
